Is what they say his plan is to do, but if that were his real intentions he would have consulted congress of this plan. That's why I believe the president is using this plan to capture and torture, torture to have undocumented immigrants and owners drilled fear into them. Then to show us the power of him saying one word of "guilty" to conquer us of fear. Brainwashing us with the lies, lies that covered up the truth of the past up to this point. This point where Obama believes he's above the law.
